Lend A Hand

          St. John's Lutheran Shool believes that participation in school ministries is an important ingredient in the growth and development of this community.  One of the most valuable gifts you can give to your children, your school, and your community is to recognize the gifts you have and be willing to share them.  This is part of the philosophy of stewardship.
          In keeping with this philosophy, the enrollment porcedure involves a service time commitment of twenty (20) hours per family per year.  This service responsibility can be fulfilled in a variety of ways as their are so many opportunities to serve throughout the year.  For a list of service opportunities or if you have questions about whether or not your activities qualify as service hours, please check in the office or with Mr. Otte.

          As you perform service activities, please complete one of the forms that you can download below (or you can get them from the school office) and return it to the school office.  Please keep a copy of the form for your records.  When volunteering during the day, please be sure to sign in at the school office.
          Your enthusiasm for St. John's School is a blessing to your child as well as this community.  We appreciate your spirit of team work and your willingness to be part of this community of believers connecting people with Jesus.
